Payment

Tenant will receive an invoice after booking and pay the calculated cost in two parts:

• 30% deposit payable immediately upon receipt of invoice. Booking is final only after receipt of deposit.

• 70% no later than four weeks prior to arrival.

Tenant also pays a deposit of €350 per booking. This must also be paid four weeks before arrival.

The deposit will be refunded to the tenant within two weeks of the end of the rental period. Any damages caused by tenant and/or costs of excessive power consumption will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

Other conditions and rules

• Smoking is not allowed in the house(it is allowed outside on the terraces).

• Use of drugs or narcotics is not permitted in the house or on the premises

• Pets are not allowed in the house unless prior permission is obtained from the landlord of the house.

• The tenant declares to use the house and the furnishings and facilities present in the house sparingly.

When canceling a rental agreement up to four weeks before the start of the booked stay, the costs for the tenant will be limited to the deposit.
After that, the full agreed rent will have to be paid.
The deposit, of course, does not have to be paid upon cancellation.
